The Psychology of the Leader

The leader, defined as a social operator, "is the operative centre of a number of relations and functions”. He has the ability to identify the proportions in the moving relations of life, and to apply the right formulas to provide the solution and realization - in every situation. He is the skilled functionary who can serve the needs of his social body in the economic, political, and cultural context.

Ontopsychology aims at training responsible operators in the global context through training courses that enable the leader (or potential leader) to gain knowledge and total and general comprehension of his unconscious, which is the greatest part of his quantum of intelligence. Ontopsychology provides a method for personal evolution to capable, responsible individuals who are producers of social values.
