Leadership & Training

The Ontopsychological residence is one of the educational activities envisaged by the Ontopsychological method. It aims at providing a total, full-immersion formative experience, and usually lasts between 3 and 7 days. Great attention is paid to the choice of the place and structures where the activities are carried out, as they need to provide an ecobiological environment for the participants.

The precise object of the training is the leader's lifestyle and functionality. This is enhanced through the comprehension and satisfaction of his spheres of operation - namely: individual, family, affects, collaborators, sector of operation and province.
