The Leader
Today the leader is the preferential addressee of the practical application of Ontopsychology. We define the socially operative leader as:
the operative centre of a number of relations and functions. He has the ability to identify the proportions in the moving relations of life, and to apply the right formulas to provide the solution and realization - in every situation.
He is the skilled functionary who can serve the needs of his social body in the economic, political, and cultural context.
This means that Ontopsychology finds its basic application in the fields of business, management, politics and culture, that is, in the living core of the social body. It provides the method and the perspective for effective business intuition, in relation to the aim and the specific objective of the leader.

In the Ontopsychological perspective, the leader incorporates three fundamental characteristics, which precisely enable him to emerge and to bring functional solutions for the collective. These are:
- Evident superiority in human potential;
- Superior knowledge and skill in areas or professions which are particularly in demand from local society;
- Superior capacity of self-fulfilment in defined areas.

Ontopsychology enables the leading operator (or potential leader) to enter the social context functionally; in other words to operate effectively through the coordinates of the social system - namely:
- globalisation of the actual and potential market;
- digital technology;
- human capital.

Through its discoveries and applications, Ontopsychology has found the way to isolate and identify the basic "criterion of conformity" which make the leader's action functional. From this criterion, it is possible to extrapolate the coordinates for success - a success that applies to:
- the operator,
- the enterprise,
- the global funcitonality of the context.

The validity of Ontopsychology surpasses any other program on managerial training, because it knows the origin, the identification and the application of intuition in its infallibility. You can either know and control reality, or suffer its effects.

Today, all analyses on markets, marketing, planning, production, distribution, investment or gain largely depend on the manager's intuition. Yet no one knows what this intuition is or how it can be learned and operated: the unconscious is a well-acknowledged fact, and indeed our operativity in business is only limited to the extent of our conscious logic - most of the time, only 20-30% of our potential - while the rest escapes our control and cannot be coordinated efficiently. Ontopsychology can provide the directives and the tools to acquire this understanding and efficacy.
Recruitment and Training of Leaders
Objective:
Ontopsychology aims at training responsible operators in the global context through training courses that enable the leader (or potential leader) to gain knowledge and total and general comprehension of his unconscious, which is the greatest part of his quantum of intelligence. Ontopsychology provides the tools by which the leader can know the basic order, the forming and dynamic principle of his entire unconscious, and consequently of the entire environment he lives in. Through this forming principle he identifies the historical rationality of intuition. Ontopsychology provides a method for personal evolution to capable, responsible individuals who are producers of social values. The application of Ontopsychology makes it possible for the leader to reach his principal objectives:
- inner maturity;
- operating legally within society;

Addressees:
Ontopsychological training addresses the leader, that is, any subject who operates movement, investment and growth within and for the social context. He may be a small leader or a great one. A leader is not necessarily someone famous; the definition of leader also applies to entrepreneurs in small companies, builders, craftsmen, brokers, journalists, artists, consultants, producers, young people and essentially all those who want to face the context of globalisation with leadership and success.
